The personal information provided in the registration page is protected according to the Spanish Data Protection Law. In addition ERA7 Information Technologies S.L. explicitly declares that any of the data provided is NOT going to be used for any commercial purpose and it is NOT going to be transferred to a third party. The contributor can demand the modification or deletion of his personal data through an email to info @ era7 . com. Be aware that if the personal information of a contributor is deleted, also it is going to be deleted all the information introduced by the contributor in ExtraTrain.

The purpose of the personal information collected in the registration page is to warranty the traceability of the information introduced by the contributor. The contributor accepts the exclusive responsibility about the accuracy of the information introduced by him/her and any possible liability derived of the use of that information.

The contributor accepts that the information provided by him/ her can be used or reproduced freely by the users of ExtraTrain.

In case of any legal issues, the contributors accept the jurisdiction of the Granada (Spain) tribunals.
